  1. Single Choice·leicht·Power Platform components

    1. Which component sits at the heart of the AI-first Power Platform architecture as the unified, governed data layer that AI capabilities are grounded in?

    • Microsoft Dataverse
    • Microsoft Power BI
    • Microsoft AI Builder
    • Microsoft Power Pages

    Richtige Antwort: Microsoft Dataverse

  2. Single Choice·leicht·Chart aggregation

    2. In the chart designer, a maker wants the Legend Entries (series) to show the median Contract Amount by Stage. What will they find?

    • Median isn't available; the aggregates are Average, Count:All, Count:Non-empty, Max, Min, and Sum
    • Median is available in the series dropdown, but only for Currency and Decimal columns
    • Median becomes available once the chart is added to an interactive dashboard as a chart component
    • Any aggregate, including Median, can be typed as a Power Fx expression in the series box

Richtige Antwort: Median isn't available; the aggregates are Average, Count:All, Count:Non-empty, Max, Min, and Sum

  3. Single Choice·leicht·Select columns in queries

    3. When you set the Select columns option on a Dataverse retrieve action, which column name must you use?

    • The column's logical name, listed under the column's Advanced options
    • The column's display name exactly as it appears on the main form and in views
    • The column's schema name with the publisher prefix written in upper case
    • The column's GUID, copied from the column properties pane in the maker portal

Richtige Antwort: The column's logical name, listed under the column's Advanced options

  4. Single Choice·mittel·Requirements-to-components framework

    4. Contoso's finance team receives vendor invoices by email in mixed formats (PDFs and scanned images), keys the fields manually, and routes them for approval with no status visibility. Which combination does the learning content recommend?

    • AI Builder document extraction, a Power Automate approval flow, and a model-driven review app
    • A Power Pages portal with a Web Agent for vendors and a Power BI dashboard for approvers
    • A canvas app with an embedded Copilot Studio agent that reads the invoice PDFs
    • A Power Automate flow with one Condition per vendor and a canvas app for manual keying

Richtige Antwort: AI Builder document extraction, a Power Automate approval flow, and a model-driven review app
